About Us

My name is Nick Staley.
I was first introduced to woodworking in my sophomore year in high school. I quickly fell in love with the shop and working with wood. After high school, I found a job working with a high-end cabinet shop. I worked there for a few years before taking a leap of faith and starting up my own shop. I learned a lot from that job. I also learned I wanted to do some things a different way. Over the next 20 years, I experienced all the ups and downs that come with running your own business. I found efficient ways to do the most work we could while sustaining the high level of quality our customers expected.
I started out cutting entire jobs on a table saw. My first edge bander was a hand-held hot air blower. A few years in I invested in my first edge bander. Shortly after purchasing my edge bander, I invested in a panel saw and a new edge bander. Later I would purchase my first CNC and even a flat-line paint machine. Each time that I would invest in a new machine, I would see firsthand the benefit of the efficiency and preciseness of these machines. We had these machines running so well and we were producing an awesome amount of cabinets.

I sold my business in Tooele County in Dec of 2022. It was really hard to let it go. I moved down to Hurricane to take on new adventures. I debated and went back and forth trying to decide what I would do next with my life. I love cabinets. It’s in my blood. During my early years of running my business, I often bought parts from my previous boss. I was able to do 3 to 5 times more work by doing this. The trade-off was very much worth it. As I debated what to do, I couldn’t get cabinets out of my mind. I put a lot of time and effort into making this business plan. I want to be an asset to the construction world. I want to help other cabinet guys maximize their profits. I want to help business owners realize their dreams.
