Staley Custom Cabinets specializes in the production of custom cabinet components and parts. Our goal is to provide you with ready-to-build cabinet components for your project. We are here to assist both large and small companies. We help small companies take on larger projects than they can on their own. We help larger companies be more efficient and to maximize profits while saving on machine overhead. No project is either too small or too big.

Quality Materials and Quality Production
We program with Cabinet Vision. Our parts are cut from ¾” fused melamine and ¼” for backs. We have the ability to cut in any ¾” material you seek. Quality material is key to quality parts. Staley CC has built a good relationship with the different material suppliers. We can meet almost all of your material needs. Cabinet parts ordered for assembly will be cut with blind dado parts. They come with each part labeled, banded, and wrapped tightly. Cabinets ordered are built using dowel construction and come ready for pick up.

We Are Fully Equipped!
Staley Custom Cabinets is equipped with a Biesse Rover CNC, Biesse Akron edge bander, Biesse Cosmo dowel machine, and a Biesse Elix clamp machine. All parts are ready to go shrink-wrapped on a pallet.

Assembly Options
Assembly Options
Staley Custom Cabinets has two available assembly options.
The first is a blind dado cutout. This allows for a fast construction as you won’t need to mark where parts go. The sides of the cabinets come with a 3 mm pilot hole. This allows for 5 mm confirmat screws.
The second option is to use wood dowels. We use this option when a customer is buying a built cabinet. We are set up with a large clamp. This method gives you a very solid cabinet. We can cut and ship parts with dowels. This option costs a little bit more than the first option.
Adjustable Shelf Pins
All sides are drilled for 5 mm shelf pins.
Door Hinges
Our standard boring system is set for a flush, full overlay concealed hinge. We can accommodate other settings upon request. When installing your hinges we use two different pieces of hinge hardware. The hinge mounting plate, which connects to the cabinet, and the hinge itself which clips onto the plate and mounts directly to the door.
Drawer Slides
You can pick which slide you plan to use. Your drawer parts will be cut according to the selected drawer slide.
Materials
High-Pressure Laminate
We can cut most laminate that our customers are in need of. If items aren’t found on the order site, we can special order according to your needs
Melamines
We use a thermally fused melamine (TFM) with either an industrial-grade particle board core or a medium-density fiberboard (MDF) core.
Melamine is available in many colors including solids, patterns, and wood-grains. If a certain choice isn’t found on the order site, we can accommodate your needs.
Wood Veneers
Wood veneer comes in either an industrial-grade particle board core or a medium-density fiberboard (MDF) core
Edge-banding
Most options for edge banding can be found on the order site. If you can’t find the banding you need, we will do what we can to accommodate your needs.
