Staley Custom Cabinets fabricates slab doors and drawer fronts from 3/4″ thick melamine, wood veneers, and any color of plastic laminates on any core. These come edge banded with .5 MM, 1 MM, 2 MM, or 3 MM PVCs or .5 MM in wood veneer.
Staley CC fabricates HDM shaker-style doors. You have the option of a bevel bead on the inside or a square bead on the inside. HDM drawers come with a square edge. All Doors come with a square outside edge. All doors and drawer fronts come sanded and ready for painting. You have the option of how wide you want the style and rail.
Slab doors and drawer fronts can be routered in any ¾” material chosen. Shaker doors and drawer fronts are routered in HDM.
Slab doors and drawer fronts come edge banded and drilled for hinges if chosen. HDM doors and from come sanded and ready for painting.
There is no limit as to what ¾” material we can fabricate your doors and fronts out of.
