Quality Materials and Quality Production

From our experience in the cabinet-making industry, we found Intermountain Wood Products and Sierra to be trustworthy sources for melamine and wood products. Now as a cabinet component supplier, we continue to get most of our core materials from them because they reliably provide good materials that have a difference that you can feel. We like that because it gives us confidence that the cabinets they are made into will be strong and last a long time.

During our production, Staley Custom Cabinets puts a high emphasis on quality over quantity. We don’t want to waste time, neither yours nor ours, or materials so we take care to make sure the pieces we create are made to the requested measurements. However, just because we focus on quality doesn’t mean that we aren’t fast. We’ve invested the necessary time and energy to learn how to be efficient and precise. We are experts in our field, so if you are ready to hit the ground running on a large or important project, we’re prepared to be right there with you.

Cabinets can be ordered through our Allmoxy link. For more custom jobs that might need more
attention, we can meet in person or talk over the phone. Attention to detail is crucial to get your components to your liking.

Once the cabinets are ordered and approved, we’ll get you on the schedule. Our CNC Router is integrated with Cabinet Vision software. Once programmed, we’ll cut the parts, mark them accordingly, and then edge band.

Once all the parts are edge banded, we will stack them on a pallet and shrink-wrap them nice and tight.

From here, customers can come and pick up or have them delivered. A list of each and all cabinets will be attached to the wrapped job.

We can also assemble the cabinets through dowel construction. If you choose to have your boxes assembled, delivery is not an option. You would have to come and pick up the job.
